Coolant hose has broken 4 times in the last 3 years it breaks at the attachment causing all my coolant to leak the area and part is plastic causing it to melt during summer months each summer I have owned it

The front Xenon Headlight Wiring protective plastic coating has degraded and prematurely failed on both headlight assemblies. This caused headlight bulb shorting and poses a potential fire hazard in the front engine compartment of the vehicle. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic, where it was diagnosed as a camshaft failure. The contact related the failure to NHTSA Campaign Number- 14V176000 ( Engine and Engine Cooling).
